Create first. Buy rights when the result is worth shipping.
These terms separate generation capacity from the rights attached to one selected output.
Scope: this page covers 3D assets created on this site. It does not cover our open source scene projects. Sky Isles and Luminous Lake are released under the MIT license: you may use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, sublicense and sell those codebases, including commercially, provided the copyright notice and the permission notice are kept in all copies or substantial portions. No fee, no permission request, no royalty. Commercial 3D assets generated here remain under the evaluation and $79 exclusive-rights terms below.
1. Your input stays yours
You keep the rights you already hold in the images, prompts and other material you submit. You confirm that you have permission to use that material. Bles does not claim ownership of your pre-existing input.
2. Evaluation license
Each newly generated customer asset includes one download for private evaluation. You may inspect, test and prototype with it. The evaluation license does not permit public release, paid client delivery, standalone resale or commercial production use.
3. Exclusive rights buyout
After the $79 per-asset purchase is confirmed, you receive exclusive commercial use of the selected output. Bles will not reuse, license or resell that output. Bles assigns to you the rights it holds in that output to the extent those rights are transferable under applicable law.
4. Important boundaries
The purchase does not transfer rights Bles does not hold. It does not clear trademarks, publicity rights, copyrighted characters, third-party designs or material contained in your input. Some AI-generated elements may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction.
5. What exclusive commercial use allows
- Use in games, websites, applications, films and interactive products
- Modification of geometry, materials, textures and behavior
- Delivery inside client work and finished products
- Ongoing downloads from your account
6. What remains prohibited
- Using source material you do not have permission to use
- Claiming rights over third-party brands, characters or protected designs
- Using the service or output for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity
7. Legacy assets
Assets created before these terms took effect keep the rights that were already promised at the time of creation. The new evaluation model is not applied retroactively.
8. Attribution
Assets reconstructed on our own hardware are built with TRELLIS.2 (MIT, Microsoft Research) and BiRefNet (MIT), and are Built with DINOv3 (Meta). Those attributions cover the tools used to produce the asset and do not limit the rights granted to you above.
9. Contact
Questions about a specific asset or commercial use can be sent to [email protected].
